1. About these terms

LayerLook is provided by Skyla's Choice Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [Company number], registered address 9 Beverley Drive, Kimberley, Nottingham NG16 2TW, United Kingdom.

Your use of LayerLook is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If anything in these terms conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.

2. LayerLook Plus and payment

• LayerLook is free to download. LayerLook Plus is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-off lifetime unlock. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. All billing is handled by Apple.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you will be charged.

3. Auto-renewal and cancelling

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep LayerLook Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Refunds

Because all payments are processed by Apple, refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one through Apple's Report a Problem page. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. A visual guide, not a guarantee

LayerLook is provided as-is, as a tool to help you visualise how clothes might look. It is not a sizing or fit tool. Colours and patterns on screen may differ from the real fabric because of lighting, camera and screen differences, and the clothing areas are an approximation worked out from your photo. Please check garments yourself before you buy.

We work hard to keep LayerLook reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be free from errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.

6. Using LayerLook fairly

Please only create profiles for yourself, or for people who have agreed, or for children in your care. Do not use LayerLook to create images of other people without their permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
